Inactivity Timer

The Inactivity Timer is the time in which a driver has to move through the steps of the app. The default timer is 60 Seconds. The timer is configurable from 30 seconds to 600 seconds. To edit your Inactivity Timer click:

1. Click Settings
2. Click Company Settings
3. Click App Settings
4. Under Inactivity Timer enter the number of seconds you think your drivers need in between steps.
