The new FuelCloud Installer app streamlines the install experience. Separate from the FuelCloud Driver app, it is purpose-built for installers to simplify setup and reduce friction. It includes the following features:
- Register hardware
- Configure relays
- Test hardware
- Test Transactions
This article describes each feature and includes short video walkthroughs.
Hardware compatibility
The new FuelCloud Installer app is only compatible with CloudBox 2, CloudLink, and CloudBox Lite hardware. Please contact FuelCloud customer support if you need assistance configuring an older device.
Register hardware
Hardware can now be registered in the Installer app; no need to wait for it to be added to the customer’s FuelCloud Web Portal account!
Configure relays
Installers can quickly configure relays for registered hardware. This includes assigning a pump name, selecting a supported or custom pulser, and viewing wiring diagrams. Relay configurations can be edited or deleted prior to submission to the FuelCloud Web Portal.
Once submitted, customers can accept each configuration in their FuelCloud Web Portal account.
Test hardware
After registration and configuration, Installers can run quick diagnostic tests to ensure the FuelCloud hardware is up-to-date and functioning properly.
Bluetooth test
Wi-Fi test
Operating system test
Please note that the operating system test only appears for CloudBox 2 units.
