Factory Resetting an iPad

  1. Go to Settings

    > General > Transfer or Reset iPad.

  2. Tap Erase All Content and Settings.

  3. Select Continue on Erase This iPad.

  4. If prompted select Keep eSIM and Erase Data.

  5. The iPad will now erase and restart.

  6. Once the iPad is done erasing, it will restart at the language selection screen, push the home button.

  7. Select English.

  8. Select United States.

  9. Select Set Up Manually or Set Up Without Another Device.

  10. On the Wi-Fi network selection screen, scroll to the bottom and select use cellular or Continue Without Wi-Fi. DO NOT CONNECT TO THE FUELCLOUD WI-FI NETWORK.

  11. The iPad will then activate with Apple's server. This can take serval minutes.

  12. After the iPad has been activated, the iPad will ask to enroll in the FuelCloud MDM. Select Next in the top right.

  13. Enrolling in the FuelCloud MDM can take several minutes.

  14. Once the iPad is enrolled in the FuelCloud MDM, select Enable Location Services.

  15. The iPad will now launch to the home screen and download the FuelCloud app.

  16. The FuelCloud app be greyed out until it has finished downloading and installing. Once done the app can be used.
