Go to Settings
> General > Transfer or Reset iPad.

Expand ImageDownload ImageCopy Link to ImageSelect Continue on Erase This iPad.
Expand ImageDownload ImageCopy Link to ImageIf prompted select Keep eSIM and Erase Data.

On the Wi-Fi network selection screen, scroll to the bottom and select use cellular or Continue Without Wi-Fi. DO NOT CONNECT TO THE FUELCLOUD WI-FI NETWORK.
