Transaction limits can be used to limit how much fuel a driver can pump within a period of time. There are three types of transaction limits:
This lets you to set a maximum volume of fuel that a driver can pump within a set period of time. For example, 100 gallons per week.
This lets you set a maximum number of transactions a driver can create within a set period of time. For example, 2 transactions per day.
This lets you set the maximum cost of fuel a driver can pump within a set period of time. For example, $150.00 per month.
When you set a limit you can also set how often that limit resets.
Monthly limits reset at 12:01 AM on the 1st of every month.
Weekly limits reset at 12:01 AM every Monday morning.
Daily limits reset at 12:01 AM every day.
When set to Never, the driver's limit will only reset if you reset it manually in the website. This is useful for temporary drivers or contractors who only need to access your tanks for a limited period of time.
