Free Group Training: Free Open Training

 

  • What is it?
    • Our customer success team hosts an hour-long Monthly training session 
    • The training is a group training open to all FuelCloud customers
    • The training session begins with an overview of FuelCloud’s software, covering core functionality like reporting controls, adding drivers and vehicles, and setting restrictions. 
    • You’ll then have the option to ask specific questions about FuelCloud and dive deeper into any particular areas of the software that are of interest
  • Who should attend?
    • New customers looking for a basic overview of the FuelCloud system
    • New account administrators getting started with FuelCloud for the first time
    • Current customers who want a refresher on website tools and best practices
    • Current customers who are interested in exploring more about what FuelCloud can do
  • How much is it?
    • It’s free!

 

Personalized Training: Schedule your 1-on-1 session

  • What is it?
    • You’ll have a 1-on-1 session with a customer success manager, who will tailor the training to your specific questions and needs.
    • 1-on-1 training is particularly useful for help with complex or customer-specific topics such as designing customized reports or using inventory reconciliation.
    • You can have as many of your own team as you would like on the training
  • Who should attend?
    • Current customers with more complex FuelCloud setups who want tailored support
    • Current customers managing large volumes of drivers, vehicles, and transactions that want assistance with their reporting
    • New customers who want to schedule a group on-boarding for their entire fuel management team
    • Any customer who prefers a personalized, 1-on-1 experience
  • How much is it?
    • $169 per 1 hour session
