Driver Access Schedules

By default, Drivers can pump fuel at any time. If you want to control when a driver is allowed to pump fuel, use an access schedule.

Adding a New Driver:

1. Go To Manage- Drivers 
2. Select Add New Driver 
3. Enter Driver and PIN information
4. Select Next 
5. Enter Custom Data Fields (if applicable) 
6. Select Save and Customize 
7. Select Custom- Driver Access Schedule
8. Select Days And Times Driver should have access to fuel
9. You can save your settings for future drivers as a profile by selecting Save as Template
   
10. Select Apply and Done

To set an existing driver’s access schedule:

1. Go to Manage and click on Drivers
2. Click on the driver
3. Click on the Settings tab
4. Click on Access Schedule
5. Choose the days and times the driver can fuel
6. Click Save Changes

Access Schedule Profiles

Access Schedule profiles let you save and re-used a common driver access schedule. If your organization has common work schedules, save them as profiles so you can easily assign them to new drivers.

To save an access schedule profile:

1. Go to Manage and click on Drivers
2. Click on the driver
3. Click on the Settings tab
4. Click on Access Schedule
5. Choose the days and times the driver can fuel
6. Click Save Changes
