Driver Access Schedules

By default, Drivers have access to all Tanks and Vehicles. If you want to control when a driver is allowed to pump fuel, use an access schedule.

Go To My Assets- Drivers Click on the Driver you want to set a schedule for 

Click on Settings tab

Click on Access Schedule 

Click on Custom under Access Schedule

Select Days and Times the driver should have access

Save as a Template if the same schedule applies to other drivers

Repeat the process for each driver
