Tax Reporting

FuelCloud has the ability to track Onroad fuel used in Off-road equipment or vehicles. Make sure to specify whether a vehicle qualifies for the tax exemption upon vehicle set up. For more information on settings a Vehicle's tax status refer to Vehicle Tax Status

Federal and State Taxes

Federal Taxes 

Select the year you are filing for

Download either a blank form or completed Federal Tax Form 

Download the CSV back up

Follow the instructions in the Federal Form for more details 

State Taxes

Select the State you are filing in. Keep in mind only states where you have transactions will populate here. 

Select the Date Range. The date range may vary depending on each State's requirements. Follow the instructions on the state form for more information.
