If the privacy setting for Local Network is turned off on iPads or iOS devices, you may be unable to connect to the CloudBox system. If you are receiving an error code 503 or other network connectivity error, ensure that the Local Network for the FuelCloud app is set to on. You can complete this through the following steps.
1. Click the physical home button on the front of the iPad
2. Tap the Settings app
3. Tap Privacy on the bottom left and then Local Network on the middle right
4. If the toggle for FuelCloud is grey (off), tap the toggle to slide it to green (on)
5. Attempt your transaction again
If it fails, submit a bug report by tapping the Menu button in the top right corner and Report a Bug
