Pump transactions on FuelCloud can be automatically updated with odometer readings from Samsara. This eliminates the need for drivers to enter the value when pumping. 

When pump transactions are uploaded to the server from the app or created via the web, FuelCloud will update the odometer value for the vehicle based on the Samsara gateway reading at the time of the transaction.

Settings

Individual vehicles can be adjusted on Vehicles > Settings > Samsara

Or globally at Integrations > Fleet Management

Notes

• Odometer values are sent for all pump transactions including transactions added from the web. The value is determined based on the transaction time.
• Samsara odometer readings are sent to FuelCloud in meters. The value will be converted to miles and rounded to the nearest whole number. Converting Meters to Miles and rounding may introduce a slight difference between FuelCloud and Samsara.
