The FuelCloud app has an option to automatically print a receipt for each transaction using a connected Bluetooth or WiFi printer. The mobile device running the FuelCloud app needs to be connected to a receipt printer to work as expected.
Automatic receipt printing is enabled on the FuelCloud website. To enable automatic receipt printing:
Go to Settings>Company Settings>App Settings
Scroll down to Transactions
Turn on Automatic Receipt Printing
This feature works best when connected to a stationary tablet rather than individual personal mobile devices.
Supported receipt printers:
Brother RJ-3050
iOS, Android, Bluetooth
Epson TM-T88V
iOS, Android, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi
Note: The Epson TM-T88V printer comes in various models with different connectivity capabilities. Please confirm the model you are purchasing has the capabilities you want.
To connect your printer to the mobile device running the FuelCloud app, please follow the instructions included with your Printer.
