Overview

The FuelCloud Referral Program rewards customers who refer new businesses to FuelCloud. This program is designed primarily for end-use customers to recommend our services to other potential end-use customers.

How to Participate

1. Create an account on the FuelCloud referral webpage
2. Obtain your unique referral link
3. Share your link with potential FuelCloud customers

Program Duration

The FuelCloud Referral Program is ongoing until further notice. FuelCloud reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time.

Rewards

• Referrer: $300 Visa gift card or equivalent option
• New Customer: $300 in account credit applied to their FuelCloud account

Eligibility Requirements

Who Can Participate

• Current FuelCloud customers in good standing
• Former FuelCloud customers
• Petroleum service technicians who have completed the FuelCloud Installer Certification program
• Any individual who doesn't fall under the exclusion categories below

Who Cannot Participate

• Employees of Fuel Distributors or Fuel Equipment Distributors (exception: certified technicians as noted above)
• FuelCloud employees and their immediate family members

Qualifying Referrals

A successful referral must meet all of the following criteria:

• The referred prospect must not be an existing FuelCloud customer
• The referred prospect must not already exist as a lead in our CRM system
• The referred prospect must not have already committed to purchase a FuelCloud system
• The referred prospect must purchase a FuelCloud system and activate the monthly SAAS service within 180 days from the date the referral link is clicked
• If multiple people refer the same potential customer, only the first referral received will be honored

For clarity, "activation" is defined as when a customer starts paying FuelCloud the monthly service fee for a new CloudBox installation.

Payment Terms

• Payments will typically be processed within 30 days after the referred customer has activated their FuelCloud equipment
• FuelCloud reserves the right to determine the form of payment for both referrer and new customer
• Referrers will be notified of successful referrals and payment status via the referral portal they used to send the referral link
• Any taxes arising from referral rewards are the sole responsibility of the recipient
• There is no limit to the number of referrals that can be made and rewarded
• FuelCloud's decision regarding referral eligibility and payment is final, with no appeal process

Additional Terms and Conditions

• FuelCloud has sole discretion in determining what constitutes a successful referral
• FuelCloud reserves the right to deny any referral payment for any reason at our sole discretion and without notice
• FuelCloud may modify or terminate this referral program at any time
• By participating in the referral program, participants agree to these terms and conditions

Data Privacy

By participating in the FuelCloud Referral Program, you acknowledge and agree that:

• FuelCloud may collect, store, and process personal information provided by you and your referrals
• FuelCloud may use this information for marketing, analytics, and program administration purposes
• FuelCloud may share information with third-party service providers who assist in administering the program
• FuelCloud reserves the right to use, transfer, or otherwise handle program data in any manner permitted by law
• Participants are responsible for ensuring they have proper consent from referrals before sharing their information
