Timers

No Flow:

No-flow timer is when the FuelCloud app doesn't detect any pulses. The No-Flow timer is set for 60 seconds as the default. Once the timer is up the app will take users back to the pump selection screen. This timer is configurable between 30 seconds and 1 hour.

Inactivity:

Inactivity timer is when a driver stops on a particular step of the app. If a driver gets distracted during the pump authorization process the inactivity timer will return the driver to the pump selection screen. This timer is to avoid the event where a driver enters their PIN and walks away and the next driver's transaction being recorded under the incorrect driver name. The Inactivity Timer is configurable between 30 seconds and 1 hour.
