Adding a Vehicle

Vehicles can be added in the My Assets section of your account. 

To add a vehicle:

Go to My Assets and select Vehicles 

Select Add a Vehicle (top right) 

Enter Vehicle Name as you would like it displayed in the app for drivers 

Enter vehicle code if applicable (Optional. This is primarily used for reporting.) 

Choose the vehicle's Tax Status from drop down menu 

Add Vehicle to Access Group if applicable 

Select Next

Select Product type 

Choose the Products this vehicle can use from the drop down list

Enter Tank Capacity (this is optional, tank capacity will limit the amount a user can fill based on the capacity) 

Click Next

Add Custom Fields if applicable

Select Next

Enter Barcode if applicable. 

click Done
