How do I enroll in White Glove Onboarding?

FuelCloud offers White Glove setup to ease the onboarding process by importing your driver and vehicle data, setting up custom reports, and scheduling one-on-one remote training. See below Options for more information.

Use the link above to request and purchase White Glove setup. Once this is submitted, a Customer Success team member will reach out with next steps!

Option 2- Purchase White Glove through your FuelCloud Distributor

White glove setup can be added to your Hardware Purchase PO by any FuelCloud distributor. The SKU for White Glove setup is SKU FCCOB001. Once the PO is submitted to FuelCloud, a Customer Success agent will follow up with next steps. 

Option 3- Pay through your Fuel Supplier 

Participating fuel suppliers can process White Glove setup requests directly. Check with your Fuel Supplier Representative for more information. If your fuel supplier has agreed to be invoiced for this service email sales@fuelcloud.com
