Managing Customers from a Jobber Account

Jobber accounts have the ability to view their customer's assets in addition to their own internal assets. This allows a jobber to stay informed about their customer's Tanks, Sites, and Hardware. A jobber does not have the ability to edit their customers assets from within their jobber account.

To view customer assets from within a jobber account:


Go to Customer Assets and click on the Customers option

Select Customers

From here, you can select Customers, Tanks, Sites, and Hardware to view more detail about your customer's assets.

Jobbers also have the ability to add new customers directly within their account. 

To add a new customer account from inside your jobber account:

Go to Customers- Add Customer

Enter the Customer information select next

Insert the Custom fields if applicable. This is commonly used to assign an internal customer number or additional information for tracking. To set up these custom fields go to the Company Settings on the account. 



When a customer is added from within a jobber's account, that customer will receive a welcome email with their login credentials.
